Yes, you can buy tickets at the ticket counter at the box office price (€20 for adults, €13 for children). However, we always recommend booking online in advance. That way, you’re 100% guaranteed a spot in your preferred time slot and you’ll enjoy our discounted online rate.
Don’t worry, we’re pretty flexible! You book a half-hour time slot with us (e.g., between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.). Within that half-hour, a new tour starts every 10 minutes.
If you’re running a bit late and the tour isn’t completely sold out, you can usually just wait a moment and join the next tour. However, if it’s a very busy or sold-out day, we unfortunately can’t guarantee a spot if you’re late.
